Icomplete signup error despite accepting terms and conditions

Hi,

I am running PHP client library example to add a campaign to my test account but I am gettting the following error:

An error has occurred: [QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP @ ; trigger:'']

I have entered my billing detail and accepted the terms and conditions as suggested in other posts addressing the similar issue on this forum.

Hello,

There are two reasons for this message:

- T&C is not accepted on the MCC level;

- your token is not yet approved and you are trying to access non-test account or an MCC-level service.

If still in doubt, please send me your MCC account ID.

Hi Danial,

    My MCC Id is 737-535-8502 .

    Earlier today I received a mail stating that the Customer Id  629-552-4567 has been enabled for testing with the API. However, I am getting the same error and my developer token is still in the pending approval state.

My MCC number is 466-737-0663. I have yet to receive an email about the test account api too.

Hello Jaison,

You account ending "4567" is now a test account and you can use it with an unapproved token. Please make sure you specify this account CID for you requests as clientCustomerId.

The account for this MCC is not a Test account. Please make sure you've filled in the form correctly and it's been at least 24 hours since you submitted it.

Hi Danial,

I have tried running the script again but it still gives me the same error.

I had earlier opted to use NET Banking as the payment mode when I entered the billing details at the client account level. However, at the MCC level the system requires me to Fax my credit card details and is the only available option in the billing preference (Please note that the country of billing address is India).

In order to accept the T&C at the MCC level I need to enter my billing information without which the system does not allow me to accept the T&C.

I need to use the current MCC only for testing and familiarizing myself with the adwords API. Do I still need to enter my billing details? Please advise.

Please check with the general AdWords support for more details on the billing setup. Yes, valid details are required for all AdWords accounts.

I have entered the billing information and accepted the T&C on another MCC we have been using. 

I have created an account and applied for it to be converted to a test account. Once the account has been made a test account I'll run the scripts again.

I created a new account and entered the billing details at the MCC level. I then applied for a test account. I am now able to run the scripts successfully.

I still haven't received my confirmation email after applying for a test account and approving the T&C's-furthermore, I am receiving the error, 'User-permission-denied'.

 

Shall I just create a new account altogether and follow Jaisons footsteps?.

Hello Tom,

Permission denied means the credential you are using are not allowed to access the account specified. Please try logging in into AdWords UI with the same credentials and confirm the client customer ID.

I am locking this thread now as it tracks too many separate issues. If you still experience the error, please open a new one with exact error message and your MCC CID.
