Hi,

I am receiving this error from calling the Google Ads MCC for the OfflineDatauploadServices.

faultCode: {http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Client
 faultSubcode:
 faultString: [NotWhitelistedError.CUSTOMER_NOT_WHITELISTED_FOR_API @ ]

Is there anything I can do to whitelist?

Please suggest.

Brian

Hello Brian,

The error is seen if your account is not whitelisted to make this API call. You will need to contact your Google representative to submit the whitelist request for OfflineDatauploadService. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Bharani, Google Ads API Team

Hello Brian,

Unfortunately, our team doesn't have access to the tools to determine who that might be, nor can we initialize the whitelisting request ourselves. You could reach out to the Product team using the help link in the Google Ads UI (once you login to your account), and the request will get rerouted to the right team / AM as applicable.
