Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API Forum.
Since they already have created a support case for this, you may also provide us the original email subject of said support case, so that we can check in our system. Moving forward, kindly note as of April 27, 2022, the AdWords API will no longer be available.
On that date, all requests to the AdWords API will fail. That said, please upgrade any legacy AdWords API code to the new Google Ads API by April 27, 2022. For migration, here are some resources to get you started:
