QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP

Hello, 

I'm using PHP client library for AdWords API access for over a year now, but few days ago, all of sudden it started throwing a "QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP" exception. 

I tried to do some research, but I haven't found any specific solution that would help.

Hi, 

Usually it's caused that you haven't supplied billing info or your credit card became delinquent. 

Can you please check the billing info?

By billing info is on and I'm experiencing the same issue.

Hi,

Your developer token is pending review, so if you used it to make calls against a non-test account, you would get this error. Though, you mentioned that you have been using API for over a year. Were you using another developer token?

That was a different google group user as seen in 'Petr Povala wrote:' .  I have not used the API.  I only get the error described.
