UiAutomator Blocking Accessibility Services

Hi,

I'm working with running some tests in UiAutomator on Android 4.3. I've been trying to run a uiautomator test case with an accessibility service running in the background but it appears that the UiAutomatorBridge is preventing any events from reaching the accessibility services. Is this an intentional effect or a bug?

Hi Matt,

I wonder how did you solve the ACCESS_CONTENT_PROVIDERS_EXTERNALLY problem? because this permission is only given to "shell" users , right?

I was just trying to run this accessibility service alongside a running uiautomator test. No success though...

Nope, not sure if 4.4 has changed anything though.

I've run into the same issue. Has anyone figured out a way to work around this problem?
