I tried ordering from there last November.  6 weeks later I got a notice saying it "had arrived".  Nothing.  Then 2 days later an email from the company asking me to "cancel my order so they could refund my money because they did not really have the item in stock and would not be getting it."  

I refused to give them the opportunity for me to "cancel my order" and then blame the lack of delivery on me.  Instead I disputed the charge and received money back from paypal.

It’s a shame when a company finds they are out of stock and have got back to you to advise they have sold out.

Yes the error is in their stock holding and sales and you may want to name and shame them but why go and dispute it with PayPal?

It would not have cost you anything to have cancelled it on the basis of out of stock.

 

May be that’s the way you do things. You don’t achieve anything by airing it on here.
