Hello,
I cannot  find the interpretation in ORA on "In-Closeness centrality" what is the mathematical formula for it? - there is no information in Help Contents. I noticed that several measures has different name, and are not included in Help. Is "in-closeness centrality" the same as "in-degree"?

I would appreciate your help
Ann

Hi Ann,

In-Closeness centrality measures the degree to which a node can be easily reached *from* other nodes (i.e. using edges coming in towards the node) where easily means shortest distance.

Out-Closeness centrality measures the degree to which a node can easily reach other nodes (i.e. using edges out from the node), and easily again means shortest distance.

Closeness is traditionally run on a connected, undirected graph in which case in-centrality = out-centrality for each node and the measure is called Closeness Centrailty.

thanks
Jeff

Dear Jeff,
so, which of the ORA measures would be the most appropriate to analyze the dynamics of intangible resources in a context of company value creation? I am using resource x resource matrix not agent x agent.
Thanks!
Ann
