Hi,

Is anyone else receiving duplicate student IDs for their PreK (4YO)
students? Our 4YO students begin approximately a week after K-12.
When we
register them the IC student number is assigned. Between when we
register
them and their start date, the number is duplicated. Not for all, but
we
have had five to date.

I am concerned RSU4 missed a procedure change for 4YO enrollments.

To solve this issue, we created new students, merged and then forced
an
upload. The double ID's were not just for our local students. The
numbers
were duplicated with other district's kiddos.

This issue is on a district infinite campus level unfortunately we have
no
access to district IC you will have to contact district ic support

This happened in my district also. I put a ticket into IC and they
cleared
out the student id's and at the next resync they were assigned new
ones.
There is just one of mine they are still trying to figure out, the
others
are now good.

Sam, it would be worth an enhancement request. I did submit a ticket.

Thank you for submitting your case to Campus Support. I don't think
that
there is a way to directly bill Mainecare through Infinite Campus but
setting up a custom data extract may be able to facilitate this
