The local commercials are within the breaks after the end of the first quarter, half, and third quarter.

(Although a local advertiser here in L.A. has actually been running teaser ads for their Super Bowl commercial. It's the Southern California Honda dealers - it would be a lot funnier if it were, say, an ambulance-chasing attorney.)
