The WMFO WiFi wants me to connect with a Tufts/Bluecat login, which I don’t have. That’s a problem for many who depend on WiFi to access music (and for other reasons)

No internet connection from Adele, though there’s still a connection to Rivendell
No streaming. OTA appears ok, but I don’t have a radio.
“Recently played” hasn’t updated on the website since 12:32am.

Hi everyone,

Charlie and I will come in and take a look at it in an hour or two. My guess is that it’s an issue with the router or something Tufts IT can hopefully solve for us. Thanks for your patience

Hi Ray,

I just received an email from TTS letting me know that they resolved the issue. I had seen that the archive and web stream were back up last night, but I didn’t want to say anything until I knew for sure that we were all good.

Yep. We have 2 routers - one in control and one in Ballou. I recently learned that the one in control (which was supposed to be the main one) has been down for a while now, and so we’ve been running just off the one in Ballou (which was supposed to be our backup). Not good. That also means that when we have issues like this, we can’t really do anything unless we get TUPD to let us into Ballou. Also not good. But in this case, we couldn’t really have done much anyways because it was up to TTS/network people to renew/reconfigure everything.

In the future I’m gonna try and see if TTS will help us get the one in control running again.
