I used the wkhtmltopdf version 0.13.0-alpha-7b36694 several years ago, but now I can't find it in the official website.
If anyone has the RPM for RHEL/CentOS 7 of the version 0.13.0-alpha-7b36694, and if able to share to me? Many thanks in advanced!
ps: I tried the latest version "wkhtmltopdf 0.12.6 (with patched qt)" and found it is very buggy that cannot generate the proper PDF which the version 0.13.0-alpha-7b36694 can.

You can get them from https://builds.wkhtmltopdf.org/0.13-obsolete/ --
but these are 5 year old builds, it's better to use the wkhtmltopdf
which is packaged by your distribution (which is the same as these,
not using patched Qt).

I think only you still have those installation files for 0.13.0-alpha-7b36694 !
By using the old version 0.13.0-alpha-7b36694, I am able to generate the correct PDF now.
Unbelievable that the 5 years old version still working better than the latest 0.12 version.
