Here are some additional points to consider:

Daily program
3-10 Day 1 Arrival Pisa
4-10 Day 2 Pisa – Lucca, 30 or 45 km
5-10 Day 3 Lucca – Montecatini, 45 km
6-10 Day 4 Montecatini, roundtour, 60 km
7-10 Day 5 Montecatini – Florence, 50 or 65 km
8-10 Day 6 Florence, free day
9-10 Day 7 Florence – Pisa, 40 or 65 km
10-10 Day 8 Departure Pisa

What room types do you need?
Double, twins or maybe some single rooms?
What category hotels do you prefer? mainly 4 star hotels and some 3 star hotels or mainly 3 star hotels, in Lucca 2 star hotel.
What kind of rental bike do you need? E-bike of regular bikes?

Tammy and I Proseccoed in this area 10 years ago. We spent several enjoyable days in Lucca and later in Sienna and Florence, but our personal favorite was San Gimignano. Not sure if it’s anywhere near your planned route, but the gelato alone is worth the side trip.

For those not aware, this part of Italy can convince you that “Prosecco” is, or can be, a verb.
