Thanks, Ramesh, for raising this concern here. I think, among other important things, this must also be considered to be taken up by the fellow activists and academics working on issues around disability. Not having received a penny out of the fellowship amount, I am in the exact same boat. While my financial constraints are not as stringent at the moment, I understand your concern and second your opinion that we must collectively raise it for the immediate disbursement of fellowships. I am of the opinion that a public letter must be immediately issued to the Department of Empowerment for Persons with Disabilities in this regard. We could also consider seeking appropriate intervention by the CCPD or judiciary in this matter. What does everyone think about this? You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Disability Studies India" group. On Mon, Aug 1, 2022 at 3:26 PM ramesh kumar <ramesh...@gmail.com> wrote:No, sir. I sent this email to this group consciously with the hope that all disabled research scholar ' s problems will come to lime light and subsequently redressed. I have sent this not only to this group but also other persons concerned. Please support all the disabled research scholars who have been waiting for the fellowship amount since February 2021(20 months). I know, there are many VIPs in this group and I request you all to help us getting our 'rights' (fellowship). If you think that it is not fair to send such mail to this group, please forgive me.Thank you.On Mon, Aug 1, 2022, 14:22 Mohib Anwar Rafay <mohiba...@gmail.com> wrote:Have you sent this mail mistakenly to unintended recipient?
