Hi Neighbors,

There are signboards in West Newton saying “Cherry St construction, Monday - Friday. Seek alternate route” does anyone know what the construction is? I looked on the city website and don’t see any information.

Hi Ann,

The street is going to receive some National Grid main work over the next week or so.  I will send out more details as I get them.

Once construction starts, please report any problems or concerns to myself, one of your other W3 Alderman, or even better dial 311.

Thank you.

Jim
