Patch 8.1.1748 (after 8.1.1737)
Problem: :args output is not aligned.
Solution: Output a line break after the last item in a row.

i wish you'd test :version after messing with version.c -- it is still
horked when you
execute a :ver inside a running vim instance -- it looks fine when you
run vim --version
on the command line so it's better than it was

I cannot see any problem.
