DNS over Https

I see this on the feature list for vert.x 4.5.17 but it doesn't appear to be in there. Am I missing something?

I was looking at the files changed for the pull request to see how to use the new feature. There are references to vertx.createDohClient() in DNSExamples.java but that method doesn't exist in 4.5.17.
