VMs not being listed in VirtualBox

to Vagrant
I spent several days working with vagrant (1.7.4) and virtualbox (4.3.30) on Win8.1 without running into any issues.

Seemingly out of the blue the VMs no longer get listed in VirtualBox after doing "vagrant up". Doing a "vagrant suspend" doesn't cause any errors, but doing "vagrant up" won't resume them, it'll just start the process over again, so it's like the VMs just disappear.

Otherwise vagrant communicates with the VMs just fine once winrm is setup, it sets up the shared folder and runs a setup script I created.

I could only find one similar situation. I only have one user on my computer and all the VMs are windows based, so "echo $HOME" obviously won't work.

I tried reinstalling virtualbox and vagrant to no avail. I'm stumped.

Hello,

Search for this Folder: .VirtualBox
Or this file VirtualBox.xml

If you get more than one, is because at somepoint VirtualBox got confused.

Same for VirtualBox VMs folder
