Why failed many when I run run-test.py on arm64.debug?

Ther are many cases failed on arm64.debug.

Hi Yahan Lu,

Did you run `gclient sync` recently? I ran the tests locally right now on ToT V8, and they all pass (except for exceptions in the status file). But if you have a new checkout of V8 and an old version of the test because of not calling `gclient sync`, you may run into issues. Similarly, if you have the newest tests but then checked out an older version of V8 without calling `gclient sync`, That may also cause issues.
