Design doc list?

While looking for more comprehensive/up-to-date documentation of V8, I noticed the Chromium projects page has a page listing engineering design docs at https://www.chromium.org/developers/design-documents/ , but it does not seem to cover V8.  I have only stumbled on design docs for V8 when I was searching the issues tracker for related topics, or by searching this group for "design".  

Is this omission intentional (like most design docs not released external to Google)?

Hi,

It's not intentional. Most design docs are public, we just never gathered them in a publicly accessible list.

There are some design doc pointers reachable from https://v8.dev/docs but the set of design docs reachable that way is quite small, and the most recent ones are probably not reachable that way.
