Fixes for OpenBSD 7.5 builds

Dear V8 Project maintainers,

I would like to send a patch here as well, to enable OpenBSD builds of nodejs.

The patch has been prepared and is ready to be sent. However, looking at the mailing list logs, I haven't seen any conversations about OpenBSD since 2016. Also, there seemed to be no OpenBSD support around build tools.

Are you currently accepting patches for OpenBSD as a V8 project?

I'm not speaking on behalf of the V8 team but their position was (and,
as far as I know, still is) that platforms beyond Linux/macOS/Windows
are self-serve, so yes, you're welcome to submit patches, provided
they're unobtrusive.

V8-on-FreeBSD, for example, receives occasional fixes from outside contributors.
