Hi Gareth,
The output of plot_marginal is a ggplot object, so you should be able to add additional ggplot options to it, e.g. ylim()
library(ggplot2)
plot_marginal(model, 'state') + ylim(0, 0.5)
You have to be on the most recent CRAN version of ubms for this to work.
