uliweb makeproject 出来的 setup.py 的使用

makeproject 默认会有 setup.py, 但这个文件会如何被使用呢?

用来 python setup.py install 吗? 如果被这样install的话web要怎么跑起来呢?

这个主要是为了复用，比如一个project被另一个project来使用。使用时可以是 import projec.appname，可以省略apps
