POSSIBLE NEW LASRE SAILOR

THIS WAS IN THE WEEKLY AYC NEW LETTER:

Mark and Louise Schaefer.   Mark and Louise live in Pennsylvania, but spend winter months in Arizona to enjoy the warmer weather and visit family.  At their home club Deep Creek YC, Mark sails a Flying Scott and a Laser, and also enjoys sailing a DN iceboat.  Additionally, Mark is actively involved in Deep Creek YC’s training programs, where he has been an instructor for several years.  Mark is hoping to sail a Laser at Tempe Town Lake and participate in other off-the-water events during the winter months while enjoying the warm Arizona winters.

Maybe someone can contact him to invite him to sail a laser.

Mark has an adopt a Boat Laser and sailed with us last Sunday. A good
guy and a good sailor

Another new sailor, Jeff Coulter is joining the Laser Owners group this week.  He just purchased Renatta and Darren's Orange Laser.

Hes looking to share some space down at TTL if there is some.  This Orange Laser has been tucked in with Emory's Bucc for the last year.

Who is planning on racing Lasers tonight at Tempe Town Lake for the first night of the Heat Stroke Series?  There should be plenty of wind.

I will be there but can't race due to a wound to my ankle that I don't want get in the TTL water.  I will run the starts from the shore at the flag pole.  We need someone to set the marks.  They are at space #15.  I will get here early to make sure they are  usable.
