April Synth Meet at Tattooed Mom's

Hi everyone! 

Glad to see that people are connecting to this group. Please feel free to let me know of anyone else you would like to connect here so that we can keep them up to date on the synth meet. 

So, I would like to have this meet April 10th or 17th 2016. This works well for me personally and the general consensus is that Sunday nights work best for everyone (from what I've heard so far). I just need to finalize this with as many people as possible and then I will check with Tattooed Moms to see if those nights are available. 

IF NOT, we will just have to push it back into May possibly but I still want to get this going for everyone! It will still happen if these dates don't work out. 

Anyway the aim is to start at 7 to get set up and go till whenever, probably 11 or so. The only logistics we need to iron out is if a few people could bring a couple of folding tables that would really help out. We also will need a few extension chords and power strips to distribute power enough for everyone. 

Also we want to keep the noise down a bit so if your going to bring a speaker just know it should be small so we can be courteous to the venue. We will be in a back room and the house music wont be on in the room but they try to be careful about noise complaints so I don't want to overstep our welcome. Small battery powered amps or even speaker modules will be cool, headphones are obviously welcome!

My personal preference is for the 10th, both because I'll be coming back into town the afternoon of the 17th and don't want to push the time too much, and because I'm excited and want this to happen soon.

Hi again everyone, really sorry to switch things around but I wont be able to make the meet if it's on the first. I hate to change it but would everyone be able to do one week sooner? So Sunday April 24th. I had some stuff come up that wouldn't allow me to make it for may 1st. I'm all for you guys having it without me though :P

Time to rally the troops!! 

T-Minus 1 week until this meet!! Now is the time I will have to work out logistics. We will need tables and power supplies/power strips. 

I'm thinking 4-6 large tables 

12 extension chords and power strips, I believe the four outlets is a junction box with 4 outlets 

We also might want to have 3 prong to 2 prong adapters just in case...

Please let me know if you can supply any of these things and if your willing to share table space etc.

Is there a phone number or contact info for someone that might be on site earlyish? I'm asking mainly because of the south st load/unload. I plan to be there on the early side and there's two of us. If someone needs a hand I'm 484-265-1886. Someone close to the door helping peeps get stuff inside the establishment would be much appreciated.
