I just got back from there a few hours ago. They stocked on Monday but the trout are already biting, did real well
If you go the old (empty) brick school building in the town of Criegersville marks the lower stocking limit. The stocked section extends upstream of the junction with the Rose River (where the road crosses on the bridge) but I have never had much luck up there, its pretty skinny. Just look for the obvious (i.e. easy) access points along the road and you will have a good chance of hooking into some fish.
The pool on both sides of the bridge is usually pretty good.
Once we have had enough heavy rain to bring the stream up the fish should be more evenly distributed. I'm not sure how far downstream of the lower stocking limit the fish might get flushed to, there is some nice water down there but not as much access.
