Accotink or Holmes as Alternatives to SNP for this Weekend?

The family and I wee supposed to go out to SNP this weekend but unfortunately that's been put on hold.  I'm now looking at either Accotink Creek or  Holmes Run as alternatives to take my daughter trout fishing.  Is it too early to hit either of these?
