The western MD trout streams have all been stocked.  The Casselman and Youghiogheny delayed harvest sections seem to have eager 12-14" rainbows that aren't that picky yet.  Black or Brown stoneflies were coming off the Cassleman and the fish were taking emergers (I didn't have much luck until my fly got a bit waterlogged).  Streamers were also effective.  I'm sure other steams are just as productive given this warm spell.

When looking at other streams, be aware we are in the period 1 closure now, so quite a few of the put and take creeks are closed.

Sounds like you had a good time. Did you have any luck on the Rubber legs?

The rubber legs was fantastic, but of the one's I tied up, the heaviest one was the best.  I've since tied up a few more with some heft to them.
