Did the confluence of the Rappahannock and the Rapidan get flooded this week too? Or am I flying to Sante Fe tomorrow to chase fish?

OH ALSO I was walking by the Wharf this afternoon and the water looked ok so maybe near there or the tidal basin could be worth it?

How a fish would be able to hold in that kind of water amazes me. I wonder what it looked like closer to the mouth? There's more street run off culverts the closer you get to the mouth.
