Dear Colleagues,

Despite my request to Mr Neeraj Mishra to ask for 4th Instalment in September,13, these people are not showing any progress wrt site work or updating the clients as to what is the progress in the project work. I booked a flat in A-2 tower and as per Mr Naruks's last mail the instalment is expected in Jan-Feb for A-2 block, then where the work is going on?

Can any body update on these issues.

It is worthwhile for all of us to ponder and have an action plan as builder agreement gives them ample leeway and skewed for it offers peanuts as penalty for delay

Further their other project is also slow and hence matter on concern it will make sense to meet review

Ashok : about the installment its only my personal view not builder's or others..I also have one flat in cubix. I went there in Sept 2013 .i had mentioned in mail,whatever i felt,... I kindly request you please do not target to anyone in group. We are here to share our feelings and i did the same.

I do not know about the issue behind this. I think we should talk to builder about delay.

Dear Mr Naruka,

I never targetted anybody including you. Your reference was quoted as you had mentioned that 4th instalment for B tower is expected in Nov-Dec and for A-2 tower it may be Jan-feb or so. It was quite informative to us and you don't have to take it otherwise as I never said that it was builder's view. 

I very clearly wrote that when I asked Mr Neeraj Mishra for my 4th instalment in Sept., I was told that I will get the letter very soon and when will this soon come, I don't know. My opinion if has hurted Mr Naruka, then I regret for it but then if we can't discuss or quote our group members at any place, then group has no meaning and perhaps that's the reason that flat owners are not coming with their express opinions.
