Tuesday's in person program is about Brewing good Mead

David Teckam is a grand master brewing judge.
He'll talk about mead making.
He'll bring some mead to sample.

If you brewed a mead, this might be a chance to get it judged by a top
professional.
If it's got a problem, he's the guy to identify what it is.   (If you
bring a mead, remember to bring the recipe/notes with you in case he asks)

Time: Tuesday, July 14, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Location:

 All Saints Episcopal Church Meeting Room

 911 Dowling Blvd

 San Leandro, CA 94577

Schedule:

 7:00–7:30: Social time; new beekeeper round table (bring your questions, no matter how basic they seem!)

 7:30–8:00: Club business, announcements, etc.

 8:00–9:00: Speaker David Teckam, on the topic of home brewing quality mead

I knew David when I lived in Sacramento.

I judged beers / meads with him repeatedly and he has an excellent pallet. If you’ve ever been curious about brewing you should ask him.
