I have a AutoSheets task that runs every 10 minutes and I'm getting this notification, but the sheet is still getting its update (sometimes after a one minute delay).  Check this crosspost from Reddit for a screen shot..

I dont have this problem (it updates in realtime and without any
prompts), maybe because I have Google Sheets app installed on the same
android device?

I also have Google Sheets installed on this device.  Had this a few times overnight and the sheet was not updated on those tasks, but other updates happened.  So it doesn't happen on every event.  Forced stop and cleared cache.  Let's see if that does anything to help.

Hhmm, is it possible that your phone didn't have an internet connection at the time that happened?

Thank you for your contact.

My AutoSheets task is triggered by an incoming AutoRemote message, so I have internet connection!  I installed the one you sent me in the email and have not had any more of the notifications, but I have had one anomaly in the last 36 hours where one task fired 5 minutes late.  Not sure if it was because of a delay in getting the AutoRemote event or if it was the AutoSheets update running late.

The issue seems to be resolved, but can't say for sure for another 48 hours.

Thanks for your continued support and development!

Still seeing it miss one or two entries per day, but those notifications are gone.  I expect the message is going out because the python script has a local .txt update on the next few lines and that is happening.  I corrupted the device ID to see if it would error, but it didn't.  It made it through those lines so it doesn't care if the url is bogus.
I have to find a way to capture whether it is the message not being received or the sheet update not sending.  Since this is expected about every 10 minutes, I guess I could set some sort of timer to start upon receipt, then create a notification if more than 11 mins pass without getting the next one.  Theory would be that if I don't get the notification, then the sheet should be updated...

Maybe you can do a local log on your phone every time you get an AutoRemote message and compare that with the sheet writes?

I found a "runlog.txt.1" file in my local device and I have taken a screen shot.  It shows that the AutoRemote message was received, but the AutoSheets update did not process at 650 am today.  I placed a red line where the 650 update should have happened in the GSheet.  Check the attached screenshots.  If the screenshots are not clear, let me know.

This log helped me realize that I had a "Perform Task: Color Keg 1" action to happen twice in that task.  Corrected to run only once.  This should not contribute to the error, as this is intermittant.

I have added a "Variable add" to my task and added that variable to the data to write to the sheets.  This gives each line its own unique number.  Now I will have Tasker check the cell F3 for the newest variable value.  If it is not the newest, then run the update task again.  This will be a backup plan to post the data if it is not current.

Here is the task that takes the variable %KegData whose value is "KegData|13.59|328891.0|65.42|37.04|11.48" and breaks it up to what I need.  From this, I use a few of the split out variables to send to the sheet.  In a recent "failure" I see the increment of column F, which is the variable %KDCOUNT, but what is odd is that it skipped a time entry at 13:50.  My theory was going to be that if that entry was missed, there would be a gap in column F!

If column F got incremented and then sent to the spreadsheet with the other data, why did the other data not also get brought in?

Hhmm have you tried enabling the Offline option in the action? Maybe that helps?
