Hello good morning, I am trying to deploy a modified version of syndesis (I have added a new connector) But every time I try to install it it never appears, but after reloading syndesis-server () and syndesis s2i (), sometimes Yes, the connector appears but it generates constant problems that syndesis-server is continually restarting.
I suppose that I will be doing something wrong since it does not work, but I am not able to detect the problem, I have followed all the guides and steps that are on the page https://syndesis.io/docs and I do not know where else to look. Any ideas you can try will be good :)

I am working with version 2.0, although I have also tried with the previous release and I have the same problems.
And I have syndesis installed (in developer mode --dev) on a minishift.

If you need more information just ask. Thanks in advance

Hi Jesus,
it's difficult to help you if you don't provide any details, can you
share the code of the connector you created, logs from the server with
the error you're seeing?

Here is the branch I have been working on (https://github.com/JesusGonfer/syndesis/tree/connector-aws-kinesis). Thank you very much for your very quick response.

Hi Jesus,
I've built and run Syndesis from your fork/branch, and I don't see any
issues, the AWS Kinesis connector shows up if I want to create a new
connection in the UI.
I did this without deploying to Kubernetes/OpenShift using this method:
https://syndesis.io/docs/development_quickstart/#running-without-kubernetes-openshift

This, for me, has a much quicker turnaround. I'm assuming that the
issue you're facing has to do with how the cluster was setup for
development.

Perfect, thank you very much, I will try this method.
And then to finally deploy it in my oc cluster in deployment, what should I do?

./syndesis install --setup
and later
./syndesis install

Or maybe it should be installed in another way?
