Same happens for `oo` .
I am not sure why this is so ?. Is this is a bug ?

I'd say it shouldn't simplify automatically. Automatic simplifications
based on assumptions are what makes the core slow.
That isn't to say that simplify(zoo/n) shouldn't do something, however.
