Is it possible to create HRU (hru1.shp) manually ?

Hi everyone, I have some problems with creat FullHRU with ArcSWAT. Even though I clip land use/soil/dem to the watershed shape, the project mdb files still reach the limit of 2GB. The fullHRU file can be generated but the information in this file is not complete. So this file can not be used for landuse update.

Does anyone know how to generate HRU manually with ArcGIS or QGIS? I do need to find a solution on  this. Thanks for your time!

I think I find a soultion. 

1. make raster of watershed(in watershed/shape/) with "Raster to shp"

2. conbine watershed, landuse, soil, slope

3. raster to polygon with result of 2, do not use simplify polygon option

4. Joint field with result of 2 and 3

5. disolve field with gridcode, watershed, landuse, soil, and slope

if you have set threshold when HRU definition, then you can join the hurs table in mdb files with result of 5. export the shp file and delete useless field, you can get a hru1.shp.

Another option is to use QSWAT+, as this uses an SQLITE database instead
of Access, and has no size limit. If you set the stream threshold the
same as the threshold in QSWAT you will get the same subbasins, and if
you also set the channel threshold to the same value you will get the
same FullHRUs shapefile, which is copied to make hrus1.shp.
