Incremental compiling

Hi all,

I worked on making Structr do incremental compiling whenever the schema changes.
This speeds up changes dramatically from many minutes to just a few second.

Right now it works with adding and change types.
I'm working on doing some cleanup after removing types.

Looking forward to your feedback.

Thank you very much for the work you've done!

I've seen the pull request earlier today and I was eager to try it out! I too tried to speed up the compile process in the past, so your pull request is more than welcome!

I will run our test suite with your changes and come back to you with the results.
