How to use spider-notebook

Hello.What should i do after conda install conda install spyder-terminal -c spyder-ide ?

After doing that ,i still can't use notebook in spyder.Can you tell me ?

spyder-notebook is a plugin. You have to install it separately to
extend the spyder IDE functionality.
