version 7.2.0 introducing breaking changes

Hello! 

I was using sphinx's latest versions up until yesterday, when version 7.2.0 was introduced. 

I got a pipeline blocker which made me go back to 7.1.2 until I figure out a proper way to continue to higher version. The error is the following:

ImportError: cannot import name 'setup_js_tag_helper' from 'sphinx.builders.html'

Seems like setup_js_tag_helper is being deprecated. Is there something other recommended to use in this case?

Hello,

in the meantime Sphinx 7.2.2 was released that seems to revert some
changes made with 7.2.0. Maybe that version fixes some of your issues.

Hello! 

Nope, I checked with both fix versions just now and it doesn't work. 

I thought you have decided to deprecate this functionality and I was wondering was there a replacement for it? 

If that wasn't the case and this is supposed to work, should I expect another fix version soon that fixes my problem?
