I want to help to translate in french, but I can't

Hello,

I'll have some time to translate missing strings of Sphinx in french next weeks. But do you have any way to do without Transifex ? I'm legally blind and Transifex doesn't want to open their website to disabled people... It's a real mess and I can't do anything with this interface.

If you want to/can look at this file:   https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/3.x/sphinx/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES/sphinx.po

And provide the translations in another file with

msgid

msgstr

for the ones you translate, I will try and update them using the web tool.

It looks like maybe you can submit a PR from the PO file itself, but the flow diagram makes me unsure.

  I'm a bit lost!  I'm looking at the Transifex site, but I can't figure out where to find the resources to update the translations.  I think I joined the wrong project -- sphinx-doc.   The only things I can find to translate are the documents themselves, not the code modules.

 I'm going to see if there's another project I should join.
