Does anyone know anything about Acorn TV, especially how to get hold of a human being in their organisation?

We have discovered that Acorn TV has been taking around £50 a year from our bank account (for at least the past two years), for a TV that we do not have. We have never heard of Acorn TV and have had nothing to do with them (that we know of), but it is impossible to reach them to discuss the matter.

We would appreciate any help or advice.

Gilly

Go to subscriptions on Apple (name at top of settings) and see if it is there. Acorn is one of the programmes under Amazon Prime so also check your Amazon account.

Hi Gilly!

I cancelled Acorn TV a couple of months ago. It was one of my Amazon prime subscriptions, so I cancelled it on the Amazon Prime app on my iPhone.

Best wishes

Thank you so much, Catherine. It is certainly worth following up on that lead.
