What's the condition to show "Get from JIRA" ?

If I set URL to https://jira.[My Host Name].com/browse/%BUGID%, "Get from JIRA" not shows.
But if I set URL to https://jira.[My Host Name].com/browse/BUG-%BUGID%, "Get from JIRA" shows.

the problem is my bugID is like "MV-123" and it also could be "BUG-345", So I must use "https://jira.[My Host Name].com/browse/%BUGID%"

So how can I make it work?
