shinyIncubator throws an error

Hi all,

I could deploy my app when I do not load shinyIncubator, but once I do, I get this error:

I am looking into these issues now. I will let you know when deployApp() is working again.

I think the issues with application deployments having the HTTP timeout error should be resolved.

Please let me know if people are seeing more errors.

Glad to report that the error no longer appears for me and I've finally gotten my app deployed successfully!
