Kill instance or delete app

I have created two instances but now I would like to delete them.  

Remove action button in the section Apps don't work.

I believe that currently the only way to "remove" an app is to terminate it using:

shinyapps::terminateApp

Hi Tareef,

I had two instances running, one I could kill, the other I can't (using terminateApp("NAME"))

The instance that I cannot stop is throwing an error as follows:

Terminating application...
Error: /v1/applications/10377/terminate 409 - 1 task(s) in progress

Current state is 'deploying'.

I went ahead and terminated that application for you. It's unclear to me why your application would not terminate. There may be bug here that I haven't identified yet.

Hi Andy, that's me again.

I tried to clean up my dashboard os instances into ShinyApps.io (my account is ttlexperience from ttl domain) and some of them, I terminated. But others, I received the same error message that I sent you a message before, of 502 Bad Gateway, when I was trying to deploy a new app. Please, could you help me with that because I will demonstrate to a potential customer (Sanofi Group - pharmaceutical company) tomorrow morning - Brazilian Time - and I don't know what else I can do. There is no error in the application that I was trying to deploy and there is no error in the example that is running and I tried to terminate.

I'll wait for your answer, as soon as you can.

Actually if you could just terminate the APPS called Downloads that would be great. The other app is now working!
