Cyclist RIP on Skyline

First off good to see many of you however briefly this AM

A peninsula cyclist was killed Saturday on Skyline up top near 84. Young (35) very strong cyclist. He was on a climbing section and some brain surgeon going 70 MPH in their Porsche lost control, went across the roadway running over the cyclist on their way to wrapping the Porsche around a redwood tree.

Weirdly the article focuses on the local residents off these roads that also don't like the speeding, not the acute victim.

Who is the right group to lobby here? SM County to then pressure Caltrans?
