Regarding System Paper

Dear SemEval Task3 organizers
I had a query regarding the length of the system description paper.
Is 4 pages (without referances) a strict length restriction or is it
extensible to 6 pages (without referances) like in SemEval 2016?
Also, does this restriction hold if we participated in 3 subtasks of
the CQA challenge?
Please let me know.

You can have more pages if you have participated in more than one subtask.
