How to Copy and Paste from Excel in GUI Application ?

 hi All , 

 while running the selenium text is entering value as each character if i wanna enter more then 20000 words in particular text area , it takes too much time to complete for entering values. Is it possible to make copy and paste method. if any one know about this concept please let me know.

Not sure how this is related to Selenium. you may want to look into how to access excel documents in our preferred programming language. then take that data and pass it to selenium.
