how to open multiple links in one browser with different tab?

You have to get the windows ID using WindowHandles and itertor, Switch to required window and then do ur tasks

        driver.manage().window().maximize();
        driver.manage().timeouts().implicitlyWait(30, TimeUnit.SECONDS);
        Actions act=new Actions(driver);      
        act.keyDown(Keys.CONTROL).sendKeys("t").keyUp(Keys.CONTROL).build().perform(); //Open new tab
        driver.get("https://www.facebook.com"); // open facebook
        act.keyDown(Keys.CONTROL).sendKeys(Keys.TAB).keyUp(Keys.CONTROL).build().perform(); //switch back to google.com tab
