இசைஞானியுடன் இனிய சந்திப்பு

[இமயவரம்பன்]

நேற்று மாலை பாஸ்டன் அருகே இசைஞானி இளையராஜா அவர்களின் இசைநிகழ்ச்சிக்குச் சென்றிருந்தேன். அப்போது அவரைச் சந்திக்கும் பேறு கிடைத்தது.

இளையராஜா அவர்களைப் பற்றி அடியேன் எழுதிய வெண்பா (இதைத் தசாங்கமாகப் பின்னர் எழுத முயல்வேன்) :

இன்பார் பசுங்கிளியே! இன்னிசை மன்னனவன்

குன்றாப் புகழ்சேர் பெயர்கூறாய்! - என்றும்

அளவிலா அன்பால் அகிலமெலாம் போற்றும்

இளையரா ஜாவென் றியம்பு.

I had the opportunity to introduce myself as a poet and also as a longtime admirer of his music. I thoroughly enjoyed the concert, especially the moments when he shared behind-the-scenes stories about the creation of some of his songs. Other than that, there weren’t any particular highlights from the meet-and-greet or the concert.
