New User to SageMath Setup Issues

Hello SageMath,
My name is Thomas Johnson and I am having issues with SageMath. I was attempting to set up the application on my MacBook with the latest OS downloaded but neither the SageMath server nor the Jupyter Notebook server would start up. When I attempted to use the Terminal, I still could not get the notebook to start. Could I receive additional information for this setup?

Dear Thomas,
it's an uphill battle with the latest MacOS release.
Perhaps the easiest way to set up would be via Conda:
https://doc.sagemath.org/html/en/installation/conda.html
Let us know please how it goes.
