Dear all,
it is now clear to me I won't have spare time to do even basic maintenance of https://github.com/pynac/pynac. Motivation-wise I'm now also completely in biocuration and Wikidata. Please come up with a new maintainer, Burcin and I are listed as members of https://github.com/pynac so I can invite anyone interested. I have already sent out invitations to two well known contributors but they have the right to ignore it, of course.
Thanks,
Ralf Stephan

Hi Ralf,
I accepted the invite - in case there is need for someone around, for
basic maintenance and admin purposes.
Is Sage the main downstream of pynac? We can bring it under Sagemath org then.

Dima, this is great. Yes, Pynac is Sage-specific and so could live under sagemath. The division is purely historic if I'm not mstaken.

Thanks for all your work on this over the years, Ralf, it has been greatly appreciated!
Note also that Matthias noted this at https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/31092 I think that for the short term bringing it under sagemath makes sense, long term #31092 goal may be best with the change to making things part of the larger ecosystem.
