Admin request: new sagemath-giac repository

Hi, this is a friendly reminder that I am trying to move the
repository,

https://github.com/orlitzky/sagemath-giac

under the sagemath umbrella, i.e. to

https://github.com/sagemath/sagemath-giac

so that it can be built separately in

https://github.com/sagemath/sage/pull/39376

(The repo needs to move because it should still be maintained by the
SageMath project and not by me personally.)

Can someone please create that repository and give me write access?
Feel free to add anyone else who is interested in sage/python packaging
at the same time: @kiwifb, @dimpase, @antonio-rojas, @tobiasdiez,
@isuruf, @tornaria, @enriqueartal, etc.

Thank you... but can you please make it sagemath-giac? I am trying to
keep it consistent with sagemath-bliss et al.
